颈动脉粥样硬化斑块声学密度定量研究

【摘要】 目的 对人体颈动脉内不同回声强度的粥样硬化斑块进行声学密度定量。方法 应用以背向散射积分(IBS)为基础的声学密度定量(AD)技术,对98个颈动脉粥样斑块的回声强度进行测定,并与自身血液、管壁外膜的声学密度值进行比较。结果 富含脂质的1、2级软斑内AD值<30dB,分别为血液AD值的2倍和5倍,与管壁外膜AD之比小于0.5;3级硬斑AD达103.44±38.71dB,是血液的22倍,接近于管壁外膜的回声强度。结论 对人体颈动脉粥样硬化斑块进行声学密度定量,可为脑缺血性疾病的诊断和指导治疗提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To quantify the acoustic density of atherosclerosis plaques with different echogenicity in carotid artery. Methods Using acoustic densitometry (AD) method, based on integrated backscatter(IBS), the AD values of 94 carotid artery plaques, blood and vessel wall were studied. Results The AD values were: blood 4. 70± 2. 53dB; vessel wall 105. 66±56. 32dB; grade 1 and 2 plaques which contain lots of lipid <30dB, ratio to blood 2 and 5, ratio to vessel wall <0. 5; Grade 3 plaque near 100dB, ratio to blood 22, approximate to vessel wall. Conclusions AD method can provide parameters for acoustic quantification of atherosclerosis carotid artery plaque.
