【摘要】 目的 研究体外循环围术期儿童与成人血浆皮质醇浓度的变化规律。方法 从手术前一天至手术后第四天,采取系列血样,测定血浆皮质醇浓度。结果 小儿组血浆皮质醇浓度在研究期内多数检测点上显著高于成人组。结论 提示小儿组手术中和手术后,应不用或慎用激素类药物。成人组应增加激素类药物的使用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of plasma cortisol levels perioperatively in children and adult patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Plasma cortisol levels were measured ten times from one day before operation to four days after operation. Results Plasma cortisol levels in children group were significantly higher than that in adult group. Conclusion Using steriod hormone in children should be careful, while the dosage should be increased in adult.更多还原
