【摘要】 [目的]研究热化疗在唇癌治疗中的应用及效果。[方法]对1954年10月至1991年8月有详细记录的206例唇癌的发病情况、病理类型、治疗方法、结果及预后进行回顾性分析。[结果]男性171例(83 %) ,女性35例(17%) ,男女之比为4.9∶1;上下唇癌比例为1∶3.6 ;鳞状细胞癌170例(82.5%) ,基底细胞癌19例(9.2%) ,小涎腺癌14例(6.8 %) ,乳头状瘤恶变3例(1.5 %) ;其中112例唇癌(54.4%)采用局灶切除治疗 ,38例(18.5%)局灶切除加颈清扫术 ,34例(16.5%)热化疗 ,少数病人采用放疗、化疗、冷冻、中草药治疗 ;在疑有淋巴结转移的55例患者中 ,淋巴结转移阳性率为45.5 % ,主要位于颌下淋巴结 ,颈深淋巴结转移仅1例 ;随访189例 ,5年生存率为57%。[结论]唇为活动器官 ,对美观及功能影响大 ,采用热化疗治疗唇癌 ,无明显副作用 ,是一种理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of thermochemotherapy for the carcinoma of lip .The incidence,pathologic type,treatment method,outcome and prognosis in 206 patients between Oct. 1954 and Aug. 1991 were analysed .There were 171 males (83%)and 35 females (17%)patients.The male to female ratio was 4.9∶1.The ratio of upper to lower lip carcinoma was 1∶3.6.One hundred and seventy cases (82.5%) were squamous cell carcinoma;19(9.2%),basal cell carcinoma;14(6.8%),adenocarinoma of minor salivary gland;3(1.5%),malignant changes of papilloma.One hundred and twelve cases (54.4%)underwent local excision , 38 cases (18.5%),local excision plus neck dissection ;34 (16.5%), thermochemotherapy.A few patients underwent radiation, chemotherapy , cryosurgery or Chinese medicinal herb treatment.Positive lymph nodes was found in 25 cases and the main metastasis location was submaxillary lymph node . One hundred and eighty-nine cases were followed up for more than 5 years. The 5 _year survival rate was 56%.[Conclusion]Thermochemotherapy is an ideal method for treatment of carcinoma in the lip .
