【Abstract】 Telomerase activity highly increases in almost all human malignant tumors,but in benign lesions or normal tissues it dosent express except germ cell and stem cell.Besides its diagnostic value,telomerase activity appears to be associated with tumor therapeutic effect,monitoring recurrence of tumor,predicting tumor aggressiveness.So it could be of values as a marker of tumor and a therapeutic target.This review gives a detailed presentation of value of telomerase activity on the diagnosis and treatment in human tumor.更多还原
