【摘要】 介绍一种十分简单的旧型号X射线衍射仪微机化的升级改造技术以及相应的数据采集与分析系统(XRDS)。该系统将采集的衍射数据以文件形式存盘 ,并对该数据文件进行分析处理。处理结果可用图谱的形式显示、打印 ,亦可生成峰数据表或扫描数据表文件。系统结构简单 ,能充分利用仪器的机械精度 ,原仪器记录系统仍可独立工作。改造工作只需连接几对信号线便可完成 ,价格低廉 ,适用于任何旧型号的X射线衍射仪。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a very simple micro computerized upgrading method for old model x ray diffractometer, as well as its data collection and analysis system (XRDS) are recommended. The system would save the diffraction data as files, and have them analyzed and treated. The results can come out with display, print, forming peak data files or scan data files. The structure of the system is simple, and the mechanical precision of the device can be fully exploited. The original recording system can still work independently. The upgrading work can be achieved by only connecting a few pairs of signal lines and therefore the cost is low. The method is suitable for any old model x ray diffractometer.更多还原
