【摘要】 目的 :了解四川省狂犬病暴露者狂犬疫苗注射后血清抗体水平。方法 :对四川省 2 7个县 (市、区 )抽样采集狂犬病暴露者疫苗免疫后的血清用间接荧光免疫法进行检测。结果 :75 3份血清中 ,抗体阳性率为 87.91% ,总的抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 18.6 7。不同厂家产品、男女和各年龄组之间的抗体阳性率无显著性差异 ,而不同厂家和年龄段的抗体 GMT值组间有显著性差异 (F=2 .42 2 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ;F=3.492 ,P<0 .0 1) ,以 0～岁组最高 ,年龄越大越低。结论 :开展常规的疫苗免疫后抗体检测 ,酌情增加抗体阴性者和老年暴露者的接种针次 ,以提高免疫成功率具有十分重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the levels of sero antibody by indirect immunofluorescence antibody technique(IFA) in rabies exposers after rabies vaccination in Sichuan.Methods:A total of 753 serum samples collected from 27 counties,cities,and districts in Sichuan were detected for rabies antibody after being given 5 dosage of rabies vaccine by IFA.Results:the positive rate of antibody was 87 91%(662/753),and the GMT was 18 67 The differences of positive rates were not significant in rabies vaccines produced by different factories,sex and age groups,respectively.The GMTs of vaccine of different factories and age groups were significantly different( F=2 4225,P<0 05;F=3 492,P<0 01 ).The GMT of 0～ age group was the highest,and it became lower with the increased age.Conclusion:It would be very important to detect the levels of rabies antibody after vaccination regularly.To increase moderately the dosage of rabies vaccine for the negatives and the old exposers to were also important to increase the effective rate of vaccine.更多还原
