【摘要】 目的 :建立一个用高效液相色谱法测定维磷补汁中咖啡因含量的方法。方法 :以 C1 8为色谱柱 ,乙腈 -水 (15∶ 85 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 72 nm。结果 :咖啡因在浓度为 0 .0 1～ 0 .2 0 g/ L间线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999)。重复进样日内 RSD=0 .2 4% (n=6 )、日间 RSD=0 .5 9% (n=5 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .19% (n=5 )。结论 :方法简便快速 ,结果准确可靠 ,可用于常规质量检测更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:A high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of caffeine in syrupus vitamin B 1 et glyceerophosphatis.METHOD:The separation was on an analytical C 18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(15∶85).The UV detection wavelength was set at 272 nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the peak areas and the concentrations in range of 0.01~0.20 g/L with r=0.9999.The relative standard deviation of within-day and between-day were 0.24% and 0.59%,respectively.The average recovery was 100.19%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method was simple,accurate,reliable,and can be used for the quality control of syrupus vitamini B 1 et glyceerophosphatis.更多还原
