【摘要】 目的 :建立消疤膏的含量测定方法。方法 :以氟尿嘧啶为主药组方 ,采用紫外分光光度法 ,在 2 6 5nm波长处检测氟尿嘧啶含量。结果 :线性范围是 1～ 40 μg/ml,氟尿嘧啶的平均回收率为 10 0 .70 % (RSD =1.6 6 )。 结论 :本制剂含量测定方法简便、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to assay Xiao Ba cream.REOHODS:The main ingredient of the cream is Composed of fluorouracil.Detection wave length was 265nm,the content of fluorouracil was determinated by ultavolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The linear range was 4～20μg/ml,the average recovery of fluorouracil was100.70% with RSD 1.66%.CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple and accurate.更多还原
