铜催化下由芳香醛一步合成芳香腈

【摘要】 目的 :改进芳香腈的合成方法。方法 :以铜粉为催化剂 ,在NH4 Cl、氧气存在下 ,将芳香醛一步转化为芳香腈。结果 :利用此法合成了 10个芳香腈 ,收率 90 %～ 97%。结论 :与文献方法比较 ,此法具原料易得 ,操作简单 ,收率高等特点。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To improve the synthesis of aromatic nitriles.METHOD:Aromatic aldehydes were converted into aromatic nitriles by the ammonium chloride,copper powder,oxygen system in pyridine.RESULTS:Ten aromatic nitriles were synthesized by this method.CONCLUSION:Compared with literatures,this method has following merits:reagents are very convenient and not expensive,operation is simple and the yield is good.
