【摘要】 通过对塑料异型材挤出模模头结构进行分析,以聚合物流变学为理论基础,对机头流道的不同区域分别建立压力降计算公式和熔体停留时间计算公式。同时,通过对分流支架及型芯连接螺钉进行受力分析,从而建立强度校核公式。最后介绍了以VBA为工具对AutoCAD进行二次开发,并编制了塑料异型材挤出模的分析验算程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the die structure in the extrusion of plastics profile and the theory of polymer rheol-ogy, the mathematic models for calculating the pressure drop and melt residence time in different parts of the die s flow path were established. The stress exerted on the flow divider holder and binding holds of the core was analysised and the formula for strength correction was estabilished. The program for analysing and checking the die in extrusion of plastics profile was compiled by VBA language based on Auto CAD.更多还原
