【Abstract】 ：The synergistic application of acupuncture therapy and exercise therap y of rehabilitation medicine concen trated on the treatment of hemiplegia，such as selecting the punctural posture with therapeutic action，correcting the traditional theory of“selecting the point of Yangming only”，stimulating the point of Yongquan i n flaccid paralysis stage，stimulating strongly the dominant muscle gro up（Yin meridian of upper extremity and Yang meridian of low extremity），and catharsis for affected side and nourishment for healthy side，exicting the nondominant muscle group in spasm stage（Yang meridian of upper extremity and Yin meridicm of low extremity）．Stimulately，the recongnition on evaluation of therapy effect is concerned in thi s article．更多还原
