【摘要】 目的探讨皮层体感诱发电位 (CSEP)在儿童脊柱手术中的监测方法及作用。方法采用刺激踝部胫神经，分别在同侧月国窝及对测皮层 Cz记录的方法对 15例脊柱手术患儿进行术前、麻醉后、术中及术后重点监测记录。结果手术前后CSEP潜伏期、波形完全一致，感觉、运动功能均正常。术中均能清晰地记录出CSEP波形，与唤醒法比较具有更安全可靠、客观，方便等优点。结论CSEP监测能在术中及时发现由于过度牵拉脊柱引起脊髓不可逆损伤前的变化，术前可在不改变麻醉水平的情况下了解功能状况，更有利于手术达到最佳矫正效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order explore the method of monitoring of cortical sensation evoked porential (CSEP)during spinal operation in children and its effect of preventing the occurence of paralysis .Method CSEP was recorded on unilateral cortical against the opposite poples poples upon stimulating the libialis nerve at ankle .This was applied in 15 children ,on whom spinal operation were operformed ,before operation,during anesthesia ,during and after operation .Result The latent phase and wave shape of CSEP were exactly same before and after operation with normal funtion of sensation and move ent CSEPcan be clearly recorded druing all operations and was more liable ,objective and convenient as comparing to the waking method .Induced anesthesia with pentothal sodium did not significantly affect the wave shape and latent phase of CESP. Fentanyl ,a pain killing agent,enlongated the latent phase,but without interrupting the momtoring during operation .Conclusion Monitoring of CSEPduring operation could be usedto find out the sp effect.更多还原
