【摘要】 目的 观察针药结合补肾通络法对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血液流变性的影响。方法 将符合糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)104例，按分层配对分为两组，其中针药组 52例，采用长针深刺、电针和中药雪莲穴位注射相结合治疗；对照组 52例，采用甲钴胺片口服治疗。结果 经 2个月治疗后，两组治疗前后血液流变学各项指标差值比较结果，针药组的全血低切粘度、低切还原粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数水平均大于对照组 (P 0.05)。结论提示针药结合补肾通络法对 DPN患者的血液流变性有一定改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observing the influence of the method of tonifying the kidney and removing obstruction in the channels on the blood rheology of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients with acupuncture combining with drug.Methods 104 cases were divided into two groups.The acupuncture combining with drug group(52 cases)were treated with long needles of electro acupuncture deeply combined with acupoint injection of Xuelian solution;the control group(52)were treated with JKA.Results 2 months after treatment the signs of the blood rheology of the acupuncture combining with drug group were superior to those of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The method of tonifying the kidney and removing obstruction in the channels with acupuncture combining with drug can improve the blood rheology of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.更多还原
