【摘要】 目的观察推拿六法加硬膜外给药治疗陈旧性腰椎间盘突出症 (LDH)的近远期效果并探讨其治疗机理。方法动态观察术前术后腰椎 MRI及血生化指标。结果该疗法近远期效果均较好， MRI显示椎间盘含水量回升、脑脊液回流改善，突出程度减轻，生化检查示外周血致痛物质、缩血管物质减少，镇痛及扩血管物质增加。结论推拿六法加硬膜外给药治疗 LDH效果肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 ： Objective To observe the near future curative effect and that of the distant future on LDH with the treatment of naprapathy six methods and epidrual administration of drugs.Methods The lumar MRI and blood biochemistry were observed before and after operation.Results The near and distant curative effect were well.MRI displayed the water in lumar interdisc rising,cerebralspinal fluild reflux improving and the projection degree of lumbar interdisc relieving,blood biochemistry displayed algogenic and vasoconstrictive substance im periphery blood decreased,but analgesic and vasodilatative substand increased.Conclusion Naprapathy six methods and epidrual administration of drugs are effective in the treatment of LDH.更多还原
