【Abstract】 With rapid emerging of large databases, a conflict has arised of many data but poor knowledge. How to discover quickly and exactly the useful information and knowledge and how to get more benefits, have become a key research topic. So, knowledge discovery and data mining are proposed with a new study field developed. It is true that the number of the internet users has been increased rapidly and information in web sites has been expanded quickly each year. These factors have made KD and DMs research enter a novel phase. International researches on data mining with its state of art and the advances are summarized in this paper and open problems are proposed.更多还原
