【Abstract】 Objective: It is to study the puncture method, effect, relapse rate and complication in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency thermocoagnlation. Methods: One thousand five hundred and nineteen patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation by Hartel former income road puncture law. Results: The total effective rate was 94.8%. The relapse rate was 24.1%. Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of tringeminal neuralgia is a safety, simple, convenient and wide indication method.更多还原
