【摘要】 利用骨明胶 十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)复配体系 ,研究了时间、温度和pH值对复配体系表面活性的影响规律。结果表明时间 2h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =6 9左右时 ,复配体系的表面张力最低 ;时间 3h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =5 5左右时 ,复配体系的起泡力、乳化力较好 ;时间 2h ,温度 60℃左右 ,pH =7 0时 ,体系的起泡力、乳化力最低 ;时间 2h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =8 5左右时 ,体系的起泡力最高更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of compounding time temperature and pH value on bone gelatin SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate) system were characterized by measuring the surface activities of aqueous solution.The results showed that the surface tension was lowest when pH value was 6 9 under 50℃ for 2 h; the foaming capacity and the emulsifying ability were very good when pH value was 5 5 under 50℃ for 3h; the foaming capacity and the emulsifying ability were worst when pH value was 7 0 under 60℃ for 2h; the foaming capacity was best when pH value was 8 5 under 50℃ for 2 h.更多还原
