【Abstract】 By using ethyl acetate and water as extractant,oligoprocyanidins were extracted from grape seeds.Some factors affecting extraction process,such as water content in extractant,soaking time,property and pretreatment of raw materials were studied,so that the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained.The structure of the extract was determined by IR,and the spectrogram is accordant to standard product.更多还原
