【摘要】 目的 :检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤中cyclinE的表达 ,分析其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化S -P法检测cyclinE在 2 0例良性、10例交界性、55例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达情况 ,并分析它们与临床病理指标的关系。结果 :cyclinE在良性、交界性、恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中表达总阳性率分别为 30 %、50 %、78.18% ,强阳性率分别为 10 %、2 0 %、4 3.6 % ,差异均有显著性。在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中cyclinE阳性表达与低组织分化 ,淋巴结转移及腹水显著有关 (P <0 .0 5) ,cyclinE阳性的肿瘤细胞多发生转移 ,预后差。结论 :cyclinE在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达 ,可作为估计卵巢肿瘤恶性程度和预后的重要指标之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect expression of cyclinE and analyze the clinical significance of the protein in epithelial ovarian tumors.Methods:The expression of cyclinE protein in 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor,10 cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 55 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique.The relationships between the results and clinicopathological features were studied.Results: The total positive rates and strong positive rates of cyclinE in benign ovarian tumor,borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian carcinoma were 30%,50%,78.18% and 10%,20%,43.6%,respectively.There was a significant differences among the three groups.The expression of cyclinE correlated with low histological grade,lymphode metastasis and peritoneal fluid.Those cases with positive expression of cyclinE had poorer prognoses. Conclusions:The examination of cyclinE expression in epithelial ovarian tumors is helpful for assessing the malignancy and prognosis.更多还原
