固体催化剂FeCl3·6H2O/C催化合成油酸丁酯
Synthesis of Butyl Oleate Using Active Carbon Supported Ferric Chloride as Catalyst
【摘要】 研究了以活性炭固载氯化铁为催化剂 ,油酸和正丁醇为原料合成油酸丁酯 ,通过正交试验及单因素检验 ,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响 .结果表明 :当油酸的用量为 0 1mol时 ,醇酸摩尔比为 1 6、催化剂用量为 4g、带水剂甲苯为 1 5cm3、反应温度为 393- 41 8K、反应时间为1 0h ,醇化率可达 96%以上 .
【Abstract】 The synthesis of butyl oleate with oleic acid and n-butanol as reactants and carbon supported ferric chloride as catalyst has been sudied.The influent factors of reaction were investigated.The results show that the appropriate conditions should be:molar ratio of n-butanol to oleic acid is 1.6,weight of catalyst is 4g(when acid is 0.1 mol),the taking water reagent(toluene)is 15 mo,reaction temperature is 120-145℃,reaction time is 1h.The ratio of esterification is over 96%.
