【摘要】 目的 了解罪错人员性病发病情况,及时进行治疗。方法 体检与实验室相结合,并按其所犯罪型分为盗窃和其它罪两组。结果 性病检出率为5.55％。其中淋病204例（30.63％）居首位,非淋菌性尿道炎126例（18.92％）,阴道毛滴虫病70例（10.51％）,占女犯性传播疾病的43.5％。人口学情况:农牧民267人（40％）,而文盲多达263人（39.5％）。平均年龄仅27.6岁。结论（1）罪错人员性病患病率高。（2）性活跃期感染者多。（3）犯罪及患性病均趋向低龄。（4）文化程度低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the morbidity of venereal diseases among the prisoners being reeducated through labor, and to give them prompt medical treatment. Methods Physical examinations and laboratory tests were used; the prisoners were divided into two groups according to the crimes they had committed( robbery and other crimes). Results The detection rate of venereal diseases was 5.55% .Among them gonorrhea was detected in 204 cases(30.63), ranking the frist place;vagina trichemoniasis was detected in 126 cases(18.92%);lrichomonas Vaginitis was in 70(10.51%) cases, accoaut-ing for 43.5% of all female sexually transmitted diseases. Sociologic statas among them was as follows: 267 prisoners were peasents and herdsmen(40% ), while 263 prisoners were illiterate(39.5% ) .The average age of them was only 27.6 years old. Conclusion (l)The infection rate of venereal diseases in these prisoners was high. (2) Most of them were infected during sexualy active periods. (3) Comitting crime and contracting Venereal diseases both tended to take place in people of younger age. (4) The educational level of the prisoners was low.更多还原
