【摘要】 目的 调查营业性娱乐场所服务小姐的卖淫活动情况及避孕套使用情况,动态观察影响福州地区HIV/AIDS流行的行为危险因素。方法 设计调查问卷,根据所指定的观察指标,采用整群随机抽样方法对目标人群进行卖淫活动及与艾滋病性病相关的危险性行为调查。结果 76.1％（761/998）被调查的营业性娱乐场所服务小姐有卖淫活动,不同场所的服务小姐卖淫的比例不同,在桑拿中的比例为81.0％,而在卡拉OK、歌舞厅等其它场所的比例为 74.0％,两者存在显著性差异（x2=6.00,P<0.05）。卖淫者在过去1个月内发生性行为时每次都使用避孕套者占48.7％,最近1次发生性行为时使用避孕套者占67.0％。结论 福州地区营业性娱乐场所服务小姐从事卖淫比例高,但避孕套使用率仍不高,必须进一步加大宣传教育力度及强化干预工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation of HIV - related risk behaviors in young women associated with illegal commercial sex activities in entertainment settings and observe the impact of HIV - related risk behaviors on HIV/AIDS prevalence in Fuzhou city. The findings of the study may be used to estimate the epidemic trend of HIV/ AIDS design appropriate behaviors change intervention program and assess the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS intervention strategies. Methods According to the indicators developed, target groups of population were randomly selected and investigated by anonymous questionnaires including commercial sex activities and HIV/AIDS related risk sex behaviors. The collected data were analyzed by the software Epi - Info5.0. Results Seventy six point percent (761/998) of waitress working in the entertainment settings did provide illegal commercial sex services. There was a significant difference(x2 =6.00, P < 0.05)in the percentage of such services between different settings.The percentage of commercial sex service in massage parlour was 81%, but was 74% in Karaoke - salon and KTV. Of the women engaged in such sex activitres, 48.7% used condoms persistently within the last one month and 67.0% of them used condoms in their latest commercial sex activities. Conclusion The ratio of waitress engaged in illegal commercial sex aetivities in the entertainment settings was high, but condom use was still lower. It is suggested that education is need to be further strengthened and social marketing for condom use should be promoted.更多还原
