【摘要】 本文从兰州市老年人社会价值的调查入手，分析了兰州市老年人力资源开发的现状与特点，指出经济发展水平低下、社会配套制度与机构缺乏、收入低与身体状况和文化素质一起制约着兰州市老年人力资源的开发，使其表现出开发程度低、发展不平衡等特点。并对相应的对策做了探讨，认为应在提高认识，转变老年人就业观念的基础上，建立老年劳动力市场，加强再就业培训，积极实现老年人自养。更多还原
