【摘要】 本文探讨了 PME系列磷酸化羊毛脂加脂剂在制备过程中的影响因素,主要有羊毛脂的选择、参与磷酸化的植物油及其改性产物、磷酸化反应条件。对于制备出的磷酸化羊毛脂作了红外光谱鉴定,证明了磷酸酯(盐)基团的存在;组分分析显示,PME磷酸化羊毛脂中单酯(MAP)含量在70％以上;皮革应用实验表明,PME系列磷酸化羊毛脂能提高皮革的丰满性、增加皮革的疏水性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the factors were discussed when manufacture PME series phos-phated lanolin fatliquor. They were the choice of lanolin,vegetable oil thatadded into phosphate reaction and reactional conditions. The product was alsoanalyzed hy IR spectrum instrument and the result proved the present of phos-phoric acid ester group. The analysis of component show that the content ofMAP in this kind of product was above 70%.When it is used on leather, themanufacture can improve the leather’s plumpness and hydrophohic property.更多还原
