【摘要】 用远缘杂交的方法 ,对南瓜属中的 4种南瓜进行相互杂交 ,观察其间的亲和性及 F1 、BC1 代的植物学性状表现。结果表明 ,通过蕾期和花期重复授粉、混合授粉获得的远缘杂交后代具有杂种优势 ,植物学性状亦有变异 ,瓜的味道和瓜皮颜色有果实直感现象更多还原

【Abstract】 The wide cross compatible was used to cross the four species in curcubita genus and the expression of botanical traits in F 1 and BC 1 progeny of them were study in 1998～2000.The results showed that the F 1 hybrid among them can be got by repeatation.Pollination at bud and flowering stage.The F 1 plants had heterosis in growth ability and disease resintance and wide variation in botanical traits.There are metaxemia on taste of flesh and the color of pumpkin.更多还原
