【摘要】 目的 :研究药酒圣德液对小鼠运动能力、学习记忆力的影响和急性毒性作用。方法 :连续给小鼠灌服圣德液 ,7d后用耐缺氧实验、游泳实验测定小鼠的耐力 ,应用跳台实验测定记忆障碍模型小鼠的记忆力 ;用不同剂量药酒和圣德液药物成分灌喂小鼠。结果 :用药组耐缺氧时间较对照组延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,游泳时间延长 (P <0 .0 1)。记忆障碍模型小鼠 ,用药组错误次数减少 ,与对照组比较P <0 .0 1。毒性实验LD50 =2 5 .2 6± 1.18mL·kg-1,圣德液药物成分 119倍于人推荐剂量灌喂小鼠无死亡。结论 :圣德液能提高运动能力、改善记忆力 ;急性毒性实验表明圣德液药物成分未见明显毒性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Shenqiye in anti-fatigue and faculty of memory in mice.Methods The mice were fed with Shenqiye. After 7days the mice were examined on anoxia-resistant and swimming test for anti-fatigue and step down test for memory.Results The anoxia-resistant of control grorp was apparently higher than that of the contrast grorp.(P<0.01),and the swimming time was sharply increased,(P<0.05).The error time of control group was lower than that of the contrast (P<0.01),the experiment of acute toxicity showed LD 50 =25.26±1.18mL·kg -1 ,the mice fed with pure medicinal herbs(as the dose of 110 times in human)in Shenqiye were not died.Conclusion Shenqiye could enhance staying power and increase the faculty of memory,the midicinal herbs in Shenqiye were safe.更多还原
