【摘要】 目的　研究慢性胃炎 (CG)胃粘膜细胞凋亡状况及其与幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染、炎症程度、炎症活动度之间的关系。方法　 6例正常对照 ,82例CG ,检测胃窦Hp感染、粘膜炎症程度及活动度。TUNEL法检测粘膜凋亡细胞。结果　正常、Hp(- )CG、Hp(+)CG凋亡指数 (AI)依次升高 ,组间差异均显著 ;Hp(+)CGAI依炎症轻、中、重度上升 ,轻、重度之间差异显著 ;Hp(+)CGAI随炎症活动度无、轻、中、重依次升高 ,差异均显著。Hp(- )CG ,AI随炎症程度依次升高 ,但差异无显著性 ;而炎症活动者AI显著高于非活动者。结论　CG胃粘膜上皮细胞凋亡增加 ,其中Hp是最重要的致凋亡因子 ;粘膜急性炎症细胞浸润是CG粘膜细胞凋亡的重要介导因素 ;粘膜慢性炎症细胞浸润在Hp致凋亡过程中也起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationsh ip betw een gastric epithelial apoptosis and ~{*+~}Helicobacter pylori~{*+~}(Hp) infection, seve rity of chronic inflammation and activity of inflammation in chronic antral gast ritis.MethodsHp infection was detected and severity and activity of inflammation were evaluated in 6 normal controls and 82 patients with chroni c gastritis(CG). Apoptotic cells were detected by TUNEL method.ResultsApoptosis index(AI) in CG mucosa was significantly high er than that in normal mucosa. And AI in Hp(+) CG was significantly higher than that in Hp(-) CG. For Hp(+) CG, AI increased in accordance with the severity of mucosal inflammation(mild, moderate and severe), but statistics significance was only found in the comparison between mild and severe group; and AI increased si gnificantly in accordance with the increase in the grade of mucosa inflammation activity (inactive,mild,moderate and severe).For Hp(-) CG, no sign ificant difference in AI was found among groups with different grades of mucosal inflammation, but AI in active CG was significantly higher than that in inactiv e CG.ConclusionMucosa epithelial apoptosis is increased in CG, and Hp is the most important inducing factor. Polymorphonuclear infiltration is an i mportant mediating factor in epithelial apoptosis in CG. Hp may also induce apop tosis via chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.更多还原
