IHC-93对大鼠缺血心肌脂质过氧化和超微结构的影响
Effect of IHC-93 lipid peroxides and ultrastructure of ischemic myocardium in rat
【摘要】 目的 观察 3,6 [二甲氨基 ] 二苯并碘杂六环葡萄糖酸盐 (IHC 93)对缺血大鼠心肌脂质过氧化和超微结构的影响。方法 选用SD健康大鼠 ,结扎冠状动脉制备心肌损伤模型。结果 IHC 930 2 5和 0 50mg/kg能够明显升高心肌SOD活性 ,减少血清MDA生成 ,并改善缺血区氧供 ,改善缺血心肌电镜下的细胞损伤。结论 提示IHC 93对大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of (3,6 Dimethamidodibenzopyriodonium gluconate,IHC 93)on the acute myocardial ischemia.Methods Ligation of descending anterior branch of left coronary artery.Results IHC 93 at the dose of 0.25?mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg raised distinctly myocardial SOD activity,reduced serum MDA level and improved oxygen supply in ischemic myocardium.IHC 93 also distinctly improved the myocardial ultrastructure damage.Conclusion These results indicate that IHC 93 possessing a significantly protective effect relates to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation reaction.
