【Abstract】 The Gulf countries are generally rich in oil but relatively backward in industrial structure,and short of skilled human resources.Economically,these countries are much complementary to China’s Shaanxi province, with broad prospects of economic and trade cooperation.Positively expanding this cooperation is of great importance to China’s exploitation of the western area.In this paper,the ways of enhancing trade and economic relations between Shaanxi and the Gulf countries are explored after the evolution of industrial structure in the Gulf countries and their adjustments in trade poilcy are described.更多还原
