【Abstract】 The relation between two types of traffic assignment model(four models) is discussed. It is discovered that capacity restraint traffic assignment’s algorithm can be transformed into UE model’s algorithm by adding one mold. The research is useful for programming software based on UE model in traffic planning. Furthermore, classifying problem of all-or-nothing traffic assignment model is analyzed.
