【Abstract】 The rate of gross market price level has changed from negative number to positive number since the beginning of 2000 in China. The index of price has moved out of the position of continued decline in price, and the residents’ consumption has been steadily improved. It seems that the economy in China has emerged a “turning-point". The author points out that the deflation is reasonable and inevitable after recalling the facts in the past year;it has some positive influence while it has negative influence on our economy and that it isn’t great scourges but we must pay attention to it .
