【摘要】 目的 :对微量元素在癌组织中的含量进行研究分析。方法 :收集 68例胃癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织 (对照组 ) ,用原子吸收分光光度法和荧光光度法测定 Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Cd。结果 :Fe、Cd在癌组织内的含量高于癌旁组织 ,但无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 1 ) ;Cu在癌组织内的含量高于癌旁组织 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;Zn、Se在癌组织内的含量低于癌旁组织 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,有极显著性差异。结论 :缺 Se、Zn和 Cu、Fe、Cd升高 ,均与癌发生有相关性 ,对诊断和鉴别癌症有一定意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:studied trace-element contents in gastric carcinomas and carcinoma sides.Methods:examined Se?Zn?Cu?Fe?Cd contents of 68 cases gastric carcinomas and carcinoma sides by AA-670 and MPF-4 instruments.Results:contents of Fe?Cd in carcinoma tissues are more than carcinoma sides,but there are not obviously different (P>0.01).contents of cu in carcinoma tissues are more than carcinoma sides,there are obviously different (P<0.01).contents of Se?Zn in carcinoma tissues are less than carcinoma sides,there are obviously different (P>0.01).Conclusions:the lack of Se?Zn and increse of Cu?Fe?Cd are related to the reasons of cancer.更多还原
