【Abstract】 This paper discusses the function mechanism and essence of meta－ computing from various points of view. We argue that under its proper application, services can be constructed to effectively process heterogeneous, large－ scale data in unity, which is impossible in any other technologies. The prior characteristics of meta－ computing requires that users in its function area must participate, so we designed a powerful indexing utility MetaManager to auxiliary metadata management on large controlled I- net.更多还原
