【摘要】 该文利用单元成本、生产率和数据包络分析 (DEA)等方法全面地测量了山东省淄博市与江苏省南通市1990～ 1999年县及县以上医院的医疗服务效率。通过测量结果可以发现 ,从 1990年到 1999年 ,医院服务的效率呈现一个下降的趋势 ,淄博下降的速度基本保持不变 ,而南通在 1997年后下降速度有所降低。在排除医疗服务本身内涵变化的前提下 ,我们分析了导致医院效率下降的主要原因并对医疗保险改革对医院服务效率的影响做了探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 This article measures and analyzes the variation of hospital service efficiency of county and municipal hospitals in Zibo and Nantong 1990～1999 using Ratio, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). A decreasing tendency of hospital service efficiency was found from 1990 to 1999 according to the result of measurement. Base on the transformation of health service to approach the main reason that cause the decrease and the effect of health insurance reform on health service efficiency.更多还原
