【摘要】 提高效率是目前医院经济管理的焦点问题。该文采用回顾调查的方法对山东省淄博市 2 2家医院和江苏省南通市的 19家医院进行效率评价研究 ,对不同性质医院 1990～ 1999年的服务数量、医院投入、医疗服务产出等做了比较分析。结果表明 :从服务量和收入看 ,两市医院的诊次服务、住院床日服务均呈明显下降趋势 ,但同期人均收入、床均收入明显增加 ,企业医院最为显著 ;诊次和床日服务的单位成本上升迅速 ,企业医院和中医医院最明显 ,平均单位成本上升 6倍左右 ;DEA综合效率得分下降 ,两市均为企业医院下降速度最快 ,企业医院面临不同的卫生经济政策和实施内部管理机制是产生差异的根本原因更多还原

【Abstract】 Efficiency of hospital services is the most important issue for hospital development and health policy making, especially under the situation of health resources scarcity. This paper focuses on the hospital efficiency issues, 22 hospitals from Zibo city and 19 hospitals from Nantong city have been investigated, including general hospitals, Chinese traditional hospitals and enterprises owned hospitals. The main contents of questionnaire include hospital input and output, hospital financial information. The results indicated that during the past 10 years, health services volume is decreased but revenue is increased obviously, unit cost per visit and per bed day increased, its about 6 times. Finally the DEA score decreased. For the purpose of comparison, enterprises owned hospitals is the most decreased hospital, the second ranks is the Chinese traditional hospitals.更多还原
