【摘要】 该文通过对乡镇卫生院人力资源 5年变动趋势的分析 ,发现乡镇卫生院医疗服务人员的综合素质为防保人员的 1.5倍 ,全院平均综合素质为防保人员的 1.3倍 ,论证了在围绕各自经济利益的无序竞争中 ,为了寻求更多一点的经济收益 ,乡镇卫生院在人力配置上也存在功能偏废的问题 ,即“重医轻防”状况更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyzes the changing tendency of rural Township hospital’s manpower. The study found comprehensive quality of medical personnel is 1.5 times and the average level is 1.3 times than that of preventive personnel.
