【摘要】 为了解国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗的免疫持久性 ,对接种 2批国产酵母疫苗 (5 μg/Dose) ,1批进口酵母疫苗(A ;10 μg/Dose)和另 1批进口酵母疫苗 (M ;5 μg/Dose)的 2 6 8名小学生 ,进行了免后 5年 (T6 0 )效果随访观察。结果表明 ,T6 0时接种A疫苗组抗体GMT(几何平均滴度 ) (197 5 3)显著高于M疫苗组 (110 6 6 )和 2批国产疫苗(9312 6 45GMT78 48,9312 6 2 3GMT 5 6 0 6 )。抗体阳转率A疫苗组 (85 71% )显著高于M疫苗组及国产两批疫苗(6 1 76 %、6 5 2 6 、6 3 83 % ) (P <0 0 5 )。而国产两批疫苗与M疫苗组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。本次随访结果表明 ,虽然国产酵母疫苗免后 5年的抗体阳转率和抗体GMT与剂量相同的进口酵母疫苗的水平相当 ,但抗体阳转率已降至 70 %以下 ,应考虑加强接种更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the long term persistence of immunogenicity for recombinant yeast derived hepatitis B virus vaccine,two batches of vaccine produced by National Vaccine and Serum Institute,China(CYDV,5 μg/dose 9312623.9312645) and two batches vaccine produced by Amgen.Company(AYDV,10 μg/dose;MYDV,5 μg/dose respectivelly)were administered at 268 children on investigation followed up at the fifth year. The result showed that the anti HBs Geometric Mean Titers(GMT) and anti HBs positive rates of AYDV group were siginificantly higher than that of the other three,at T60,GMT 197.53∶110.66,78.48,56.06 P<0.05;positive rate 85.71%;61.76%,65.26%,63.83% P<0.05.The antibody GMTs and positive rates of two CYDV groups were similar to that of MYDV group(P>0.05).This result showed that the anti HBs response of the vaccine manufactured in China was similar to that of MYDV,but the positive rate was below 70%.In this situation,a booster vaccination should be introduced.更多还原
