【Abstract】 Suiting the needs of financial internationalization and guarding against financial risk, our financial system should be going on reforming. Using for reference to the successful experiences of the other countries, contacting with the reality of our country, the business scope of our state commercial banks should be from separate operation to mixed operation unavoidably. Business scope changing doesnt mean the change of the managing mechanism. Only the changing of the managing mechanism and reforming of property right system thoroughly, it could be achieving the goal.更多还原
