【摘要】 目的　探索经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术 (TUVP)的临床应用价值。方法　对 6 3例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者进行经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术。结果　术中平均出血 35 m l,无 1例输血 ,均未发生经尿道电切综合征 (TU RS) ,手术前后血清钠无明显改变 ;随访 5 6例患者 4～ 10个月 ,主、客观症状均得到明显改善。结论　经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术是一种安全性高、适应证广、并发症少、疗效确切的新型微创电手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To make clear the clinical effectiveness of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate(TUVP)for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods\ 63 BPH cases were treated with TUVP.Results\ The average amount of haemorrhage was 35 ml with no occurrence of transfusion and transurethral resection syndrome(TURS). During 4～10 months of follow-up studies , the subjective or objective symptoms were found to be improving in all the patients.Conclusion\ TUVP was believed to be a safe, effective microtraumal electrosurgery with few if any fang side effects and therefor well-indicated for the treatment of BPH.更多还原
