【Abstract】 Starting from the fact zhat there are more Chinese students receiving science Olympics awards while there are more American scientists winning Nobel prizes, the present paper gives an analysis of the subjective and the objective causes of the difference between China and the USA in macro education as well as in micro education, and brings forth the thinking of the educational reform here in China with a view of a more promising future.更多还原
