【Abstract】 In this article the methods of synthetic of Zinc gluconate has been introduced and the feasibilities of them has been reviewed .The methods of synthetic of Zinc gluconate usually has double decomposition reaction, catalytic oxidation ,ion exchange resin ,ferment, electrolysis ,and et al .By means of comparison ,we conclude that the better method which could use in industry is the paired electrolysis of glucose ,because this method has the advantage of short flow, low cost ,less pollution, and high purity of products.更多还原
