【摘要】 合成了一种以有机磷化合物为主的复合添加剂，应用到碱法制备α-ＦｅＯＯＨ过程中，发现反应的氧化速度有明显的提高、对α－ＦｅＯＯＨ形貌有明显的影响．实验发现，在Ｒ＝５．０时，复合添加剂用量为１．０×１０－３ｇ／Ｌ其晶形较佳．α－ＦｅＯＯＨ经脱水、还原、氧化制得γ－Ｆｅ２Ｏ３磁粉其性能优良，主要指标完全达到高性能磁记录材料的要求．更多还原

【Abstract】 α-FeOOH was prepared by alkaline methods with an organic phosphine complex additive center. γ-Fe2O3 magnetic powders were made from α-FeOOH by releasing water, reducing, and oxidizing. It was found that the effects of the additives on the rate of oxidation and the topography of α-FeOOH are obvious. When the amount of the complex additive is 1.0×10-3g/L and R=5.0, magnetic-recording powders with high properties can be obtained.更多还原
