【摘要】 目的　研究组胺和幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,HP)的关系。方法　采用组胺荧光测定法检测 47例Hp阳性和 30例Hp阴性的慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者的胃粘膜组胺含量 ,其中Hp阳性 2 7例治疗 4周后复查。结果　Hp感染时胃粘膜组胺含量较Hp阴性者降低 ,其含量与慢性胃炎 ,溃疡病 ,胃炎活动性无关。Hp清除后胃粘膜组胺含量增高 ,清除前后比较有显著性差异。结论　Hp感染时胃粘膜组胺含量的减少可能是由于组胺释放增加所致 ,提示胃粘膜组胺贮存的异常可能是Hp感染的一个特征。也可能是Hp相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的致病机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp) and histamine.Methods The fluorometric assay was used to determine the histamine quantitatively of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer accompanying Hp infection (n=47) and in negative controls (n=30).Determination of histamine was performed once again after 4 weeks therapy in 27 H.pylori positive cases .Results The histamine content of gastric mucosa was significantly lower in H.pylori postive patients than that in negative ones, but it increased after H.pylori elimination.Conclusions The lower gastric histamine content in H.Pylori-positive patients might be due to increased histamine release.It suggested that abnormalities of histamine store may be a feature of H.pylori infection,which may also be one of the pathogenesis of H.Pylori related chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.更多还原
