Na变质对Zn-27Al-Si合金组织性能的影响

【摘要】 通过试验和分析 ,发现 Na对 Zn- Al- Si合金中硅晶体的变质机理是 Na吸附在硅晶体的生长表面 ,改变了硅晶体的生长方式 ,使硅产生大量分枝 ,而不影响硅的形核。试验结果还表明硅相由板块状变为球状后 ,合金的机械性能有显著提高

【Abstract】 By testing and analysing, it was found that the nodular mechanism of sodium to the silicon crystal in Zn Al Si alloy is sodium which can be absorbed in the growing surface of silicon crystal, change the growing mode of silicon, produce much divarication, but not affect the nucleus of silicon crystal. The results also suggest that the mechanical properties of alloy improved greatly after the silicon phase turn from block shape into nodular shape.
