【Abstract】 Trionyx sinensis was immunized by formalin killed Aeromonas hydrophila cells after it was bred for three mouths with the feed additive of “868” bacteria powder. The immunoenhancement action of “868” bacteria powder on Trionyx sinensis was observed by determining the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes in blood and the agglutinating antibody titer in serum of the experimental animal. The results show that “868” bacteria powder can promote the producity of the agglutinating antibody titer in serum of Trionyx sinensis, furthermore, the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of the leucocytes in blood can be increased by 4.1% and 8.4%, respectively.更多还原
