【摘要】 本文对人工培养的远海梭子蟹各期幼体进行观察 ,结果发现 ,远海梭子蟹整个幼体发育过程共蜕皮 6次 ,即　状幼体阶段蜕皮 5次 ;大眼幼体阶段蜕皮 1次 .在2 7.4～ 2 8.2℃的培养条件下 ,远海梭子蟹从破膜孵出到变态为第一期幼蟹 ,需经 1 4～ 1 5d更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper presents the results of the larval development of Portunus pelagicus reared in the laboratory. Five zoeal stages and one megalop a stage were observed before the larva develops into the first stage of junior crab.The larva hatches as a zoea-larva. It moults six times after breaking the eggmembrane to accomplish the larval phase of the metamorphosis. The number of hairs or spines on the maxillale,maxilla and maxillipeds increase with the development of each larval stage and may serve to distinguish the different developmental stages of the zoea. The whole process of larval development require 14～15d at temperature 27.4～28.2℃.更多还原
