【摘要】 选用元帅系品种首红为试材，于１９９７～１９９９年比较研究了苹果丰产增红素、果必红、奥普尔、万德福、磷酸二氢钾等叶肥对元帅系品种首红果实品质的影响．结果表明：五种叶肥不同程度的提高果实着色面积，促进果实提前着色，提高果形指数，不降低果实硬度，其中以苹果丰产增红素效果最好．苹果丰产增红素可提高单果重量和果实可溶性固形物含量，其它叶肥对单果重和果实可溶性固形物含量无明显影响．更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the treatment of leaf fertilizer including pingguofengchanzenghongsu, guobihong, opal. wandefu, KH2PO4 etc, the effect of fruit quality on redchief was studied respectively from 1997 to 1999. The results show that the five leaf fertilizer increased the fruit color and level-reddish in varying decrees. Of all the pingguofengchanzhenghongsu was top. Moreover, it also enhanced shape index. On fruit weight. the pingguofengchanzenghongsu and opal presented the best action. The wandefu and pingguofengchanzenghongus was the best in effect which added the solutable solids contents (SCC). The firmness was not decreased under treatment of guobihong and pingguofengchanzenghongsu and the effect of storage of fruit was unaffected under treatment of them. The conclusion was drawn that the pingguofengchanzenghongsu was the best in improving the composite index of quality of fruit within the five leaf fertilizer that was used in this study.更多还原
