【摘要】 介绍美国网络信息联合会（CNI）的一些基本情况,包括实施的主要计划、工作特点等。

【Abstract】 The American Coalition for Networked Information was founded by the Association of Research Libraries and two computer organizations. In the library and networked information fields, CNI has carrried out many initiative plans. The paper introduces CNI, including its main programs and its characteristics.
