从科学交流到科学研究:谈中国科学院文献情报中心的发展问题

【摘要】 认为情报学应该从研究科学交流的规律深入到研究科学研究的规律,在这一论断的基础上提出:中国科学院文献情报中心可以围绕为科学研究提供高附加值信息产品和服务进行业务重组。

【Abstract】 Points out that the information science research should be deepened from scientific communication into scientific research. Based on the conclusion, the author suggests that the professional work in DICCAS should be reorganized by providing high value-added information products & services for scientific research.
