【摘要】 创新教育作为一种教育理念，其实质在于提高人的创新素质。从创新教育的理念出发，重点阐述学校教育中具有创新意义的学校环境，特别是创新型校长的素质和教学评估体系的创新；教师作为实施创新教育的主体，其教育观念和教学行为的创新也被摆到一个重要的位置上；指出与培养创新素质密切相关的发现教学法、问题教学法和讨论教学法等，从实践层面上把创新教育视为素质教育新的生长点，为教育工作者提供一个新的思考视野。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an education idea, the essence of creativity-oriented education is to promote human’s creativity-oriented quality. In the view of the creativity-oriented education, this paper emphases on school environment with creativity, especially the quality of creative schoolmasters and the creativity of education assessment system. The teacher is the subject to implement creativity-oriented education, whose education idea and creativity of education behavior has been put onto an important place. The paper also introduces the methods of discovery education, question education and discussion education, which tightly related to the training of creativity quality. From the side of practice, creativity education can be regarded as a new growth point of quality education. It provides a new thinking view to educators.更多还原
